Coming soon to the U.S.Join the list to hear first

Privacy notice

Last updated 8 October 2026. This page covers the two forms on this site — the launch list and the creator partnerships form — and the measurement and advertising tools the site uses.

The launch list

When you ask us to tell you about the launch we store: your email address; which page you signed up from and, if you signed up on a product page, which product; the date and time; and the wording of the consent line you agreed to, so we can show what you were told.

We use it for one thing: to email you when the U.S. store opens. No newsletter, no other campaigns, and we do not sell it, rent it or share it with anyone outside Damata Coffee.

The partnerships form

If you contact the partnerships team through the form we store the name, channel URL, email address and message you send, plus the date and time. We use it to reply to you and to keep track of conversations we have already had. It is not used for marketing.

Spam protection

With each submission we store a one-way hash of your IP address and your browser's user-agent string. The hash lets us spot one machine submitting hundreds of times; it cannot be turned back into your IP address.

Measurement and advertising

This site uses cookies and similar technologies from Google (Tag Manager and, if enabled, Analytics) and Meta (the Meta Pixel and its Conversions API) to measure how the site is used and to show our ads — for example on Instagram or YouTube — to people who have visited it.

What they receive: which pages you view and what you do on them (such as joining the launch list or, once the store opens, adding to cart and buying), your IP address and browser details, and their own cookie identifiers. When you submit a form or place an order we share your email address only as a one-way hash, never in readable form. We do not share the contents of your messages.

How to opt out: use “Your privacy choices” in the footer to turn marketing tracking off for this browser. We also honor the Global Privacy Control signal — if your browser sends it, marketing tracking stays off without you doing anything. Either way the site itself keeps working exactly the same.

How long we keep it

Launch-list entries are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them — there is no fixed expiry, and one email from you removes it. Partnership enquiries are kept for up to 12 months, then deleted.

Removing your details

Email hello@damata.coffee from the address you signed up with and ask us to delete it, or ask us what we hold. No account or form needed, and we will not ask why.
